Job Description

Position 1: Deputy Manager Maintenance Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

The Deputy Manager Maintenance E&I will oversee the plant’s electrical and instrumentation maintenance functions, ensuring reliability, safety, and uninterrupted operations. The role involves managing a team of engineers and technicians, handling technical troubleshooting, and leading process improvement initiatives for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, motor drives, and electrical/electronic equipment in coordination with the Line Manager and shift teams.
Lead maintenance activities with a focus on timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety and EHS standards.
Initiate and implement energy-saving and cost-reduction projects to improve plant efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Manage spare parts inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure optimal availability of critical components.
Supervise, mentor, and train the maintenance team; participate in performance evaluations and technical development sessions.
Conduct Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) for recurring or critical issues to achieve zero downtime.
Perform risk assessments and promote reliability engineering across all electrical and electronic systems.
Support new project execution, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives for operational optimization.
Monitor and report maintenance KPIs, performance indicators, and project progress to management regularly.

This position requires a technically skilled leader who can balance hands-on maintenance with strategic planning to enhance plant reliability and performance.

Position 2: Assistant Manager Costing

The Assistant Manager Costing will play a key role in financial planning, cost accounting, and operational efficiency within the manufacturing setup. The role is suited for professionals who can analyze financial data, monitor plant costs, and ensure accuracy in reporting and SAP-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Plant Manager, Finance Department, and Plant team in financial and analytical reporting.
Identify areas for improvement and develop actionable proposals to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure accurate recording of all transactions, inventories, and cost variances.
Perform monthly closing of production figures and maintain compliance with ASAIA Pvt Ltd’s internal reporting procedures.
Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and standard product costing reports.
Analyze variances between actual and standard costs; monitor production-related financial performance.
Support supply chain teams in managing inventory and obsolete stock handling.
Ensure compliance with internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.
Oversee SAP system performance, data integrity, and alignment with business needs.
Provide training and user support for SAP-related functions and process improvements.
Coordinate with IT and business teams for SAP integration and optimization.
Ensure efficient cost control through regular analysis and strategic recommendations.

Eligibility Criteria

Deputy Manager Maintenance E&I

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills: Expertise in PLC programming, servo systems, machine automation, and motor control systems.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical power systems, including HT/LT, transformers, UPS, generators, and solar systems.
Attributes: Leadership, analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication excellence.

Assistant Manager Costing

Education: Fully qualified or finalist ICMA / ACCA.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Supply Chain Finance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA preferred; strong command of MS Office, ERP, and BI tools.
Knowledge: Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, cost variance analysis, and financial reporting standards.
Attributes: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, collaboration, and commitment to process accuracy.
