Job Description

Gourmet Pakistan is hiring for the following positions in its Stretch and Shrink Films Production facility:

Stretch & Shrink Films Machine Supervisor – Responsible for supervising daily machine operations, ensuring smooth workflow, quality control, and compliance with safety standards. The supervisor will lead operators and coordinate with technical staff for maintenance and performance improvements.
Stretch Film Machine Operator – Will be responsible for operating stretch film production machinery, maintaining quality output, and monitoring technical parameters during shifts. Operators will ensure machine efficiency and timely production.
Shrink Film Machine Operator – Will handle shrink film production machinery, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain production standards. Operators will work closely with the supervisor to achieve production targets.

Across all positions, responsibilities include following safety protocols, ensuring proper maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement in production processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Polymer Engineering. A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in machine supervision or operation within film production or a related industrial field is required.

Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of machine operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and production workflows. Strong attention to detail, technical problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills are essential.

Supervisory applicants must also demonstrate leadership qualities, the ability to guide teams, and maintain compliance with safety and production standards. Operators should be technically skilled, reliable, and able to work in a structured environment with defined production targets.
