Job Description
Enercom is hiring Machine Technicians for its factory-based setup in Karachi. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of production equipment such as SMT machines, conveyor lines, scanners, compressors, and assembly line tools. Candidates will also work alongside production and engineering teams to ensure daily targets are met with minimal machine downtime.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and inspect machines used in mobile phone production

Troubleshoot faults and keep equipment running smoothly

Ensure minimal downtime and assist in meeting production goals

Collaborate with engineers and team leads to resolve technical issues
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of experience in machine maintenance or production support

Practical experience with mechanical or electronic systems

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics is preferred
