Job Description
As an Apprentice in the Infra & Tech Team, you will support daily IT operations, work on troubleshooting tasks, and help maintain the organization’s network and systems. This is a full-time, onsite role based in G8, Islamabad, with a 5-day workweek.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting wireless access points and domain network roles

Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and server issues

Providing support across multiple operating systems: Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, and Android

Understanding and applying ISO standards where required

Managing day-to-day technical tasks and assignments with efficiency
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, or related fields are encouraged to apply

Experience: Fresh graduates preferred

Skills:

Good grasp of network configuration and troubleshooting

Familiarity with system administration and OS environments

Strong communication skills in English

Willingness to learn and take on multiple tasks
