Job Description
As the Engineering Manager – REFLEX, you will lead the engineering and technical development of Reon’s REFLEX™ BESS product. Your role will involve designing advanced microgrids, integrating lithium-ion battery technologies, and ensuring optimal system performance through SCADA and real-time control systems. This role combines leadership, innovation, and project execution in a fast-paced energy environment.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 7 years in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position

Technical Skills:

Expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems and Microgrid Controls

Familiarity with lithium-ion batteries and energy management systems
