Hiring: Deputy Manager – Reliability at Pakistan Cables

Pakistan Cables is one of the country’s leading manufacturers in the electrical and engineering sectors. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and operational excellence, the company is now hiring for a key role in its Engineering department.
2. Job Description
We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Reliability to lead preventive maintenance efforts and improve overall equipment reliability. This role involves managing condition monitoring activities such as vibration analysis and thermography, leading root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
You will also work closely with operations, inventory, and quality teams to analyze machine downtime, monitor KPIs, support operator-led maintenance, and plan asset overhauls or replacements.
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E/M.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (PEC recognized)
- Experience: 7–10 years in reliability or maintenance engineering
- Strong knowledge of condition monitoring, maintenance planning, RCA, and continuous improvement practices
