2. Job Description
Translation Empire PK is seeking a Female HR Intern to join its recruitment operations team. This role is tailored for someone who is organized, clear in communication, and looking to gain experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and candidate management.
The primary purpose of this internship is to support candidate communication, mailbox management, and application tracking using digital tools such as Workable (ATS). The successful intern will be trained to handle communications professionally and learn how recruitment functions in a corporate environment. The internship is designed to transition into a full-time position after performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the company’s Pakistan recruitment mailbox and respond to messages promptly and professionally.
- Review and reply to candidate messages and inquiries on LinkedIn, ensuring all communication remains respectful and accurate.
- Receive and organize CVs from local recruitment portals, ensuring documentation is properly filed and accessible.
- Upload resumes and candidate information into the Workable ATS, tagging, formatting, and categorizing each profile as per internal processes.
- Maintain an accurate and updated record of all applicants, applications, and communication logs.
- Support the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment teams with coordination tasks, follow-up tracking, and resolving general queries.
- Escalate urgent or complex candidate concerns to relevant team members in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly reports covering mailbox activity, CV volume, and workflow trends.
This is a full-time, office-based role with fixed work hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Interns will receive on-the-job training, mentoring from experienced professionals, and structured exposure to tools like Workable.
Upon successful completion of the internship, high-performing candidates will be offered a permanent HR position with the company.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those with a genuine interest in HR or recruitment.
Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal English skills are essential.
- Ability to compose professional emails and respond to messages on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Comfortable explaining processes and updates to candidates and team members.
Technical Skills:
- Must be comfortable working with digital tools such as email platforms, Google Drive, and Excel.
- Experience with ATS systems like Workable is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Able to learn and follow structured processes related to applicant data entry, tracking, and updates.
Work Ethic and Behavior:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing documents, data, and time.
- Able to handle multiple ongoing tasks without losing focus or accuracy.
- Professional and empathetic in all interactions, especially with job seekers and external contacts.
- Willing to learn, accept feedback, and improve continuously.
Additional Notes:
- Only female candidates are eligible for this specific role.
- Candidates must be based in Rawalpindi or able to commute daily to DHA Sector F.
