2. Job Description

The position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales is open in both Islamabad and Karachi. It is designed for individuals who are either fresh graduates or have up to one year of experience, particularly those with a passion for motorcycles and a strong interest in working with a globally renowned brand like BMW Motorrad.

As an MTO – Sales, you will work directly with the sales team and other departments, gaining exposure to all aspects of the motorcycle retail process—from initial customer interaction to final vehicle delivery. The role offers hands-on experience in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and the daily workings of a high-performance dealership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the BMW Motorrad brand in showrooms and at official events, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
  • Assist in managing the entire motorcycle sales process, starting from customer inquiry to test rides and final delivery
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of BMW motorcycles, related accessories, riding gear, and service packages
  • Help generate and qualify leads using both walk-in traffic and digital marketing tools
  • Support the sales team in follow-ups, customer retention, and closing sales with proper documentation and CRM entries
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and needs to provide personalized recommendations
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer relations, finance, and after-sales departments to provide a seamless customer journey
  • Participate in product launches, test ride campaigns, showroom promotions, and external motorcycle events
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the management team
  • Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets under the guidance of senior sales executives and showroom managers

This role is a training-intensive position where you will be mentored by experienced professionals and gradually take on more responsibilities. If successful, it may lead to a full-time Sales Executive role at BMW Motorrad.


3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the MTO – Sales position, you must be enthusiastic about motorcycles and willing to pursue a career in high-end vehicle sales. This is a customer-facing role, so communication, presentation, and product understanding are critical.


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Professional Experience:

  • 0–1 year of work experience
  • Internship or exposure to automotive or luxury retail is an advantage

Key Skills and Traits:

  • Strong passion for motorcycles, especially premium and high-performance models
  • Familiarity with BMW Motorrad and other premium bike brands (Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Triumph, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers
  • Eagerness to learn about sales strategies, CRM usage, and customer lifecycle management
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Team player who can work in coordination with other departments
  • Good grooming and presentation in line with a premium brand image
  • Basic understanding of digital tools, including CRM software, Excel, and online lead generation tools

You must be flexible to work showroom hours, including weekends and public holidays as per the business needs.
