3. Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Strong command of English for professional communication, documentation, and reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with international standards (such as FIDIC contracts), construction codes, and industry tools like AutoCAD, CostX, and MS Excel

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure and buildings
  • Proven track record in budget control, BOQs, variation analysis, and contract negotiation
  • Experience with both pre- and post-contract cost management

Executive Quantity Surveyor – MEP:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of MEP quantity surveying experience
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, fire safety, and plumbing systems
  • Strong understanding of MEP cost planning, subcontractor coordination, and procurement strategies

Quantity Surveyor – MEP:

  • 5+ years of experience in MEP quantity surveying roles
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in commercial and institutional projects
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and prepare detailed cost analyses

Cost Manager – MEP:

  • 10–12 years of total experience with at least 5 years in a cost control role
  • Familiarity with project life cycle costing, value engineering, and contract dispute management
  • Strong financial reporting and stakeholder engagement skills

4. Location

  • Karnataka (for Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil, Executive QS MEP, and Quantity Surveyor MEP)
  • Delhi (for Cost Manager MEP)
