2. Job Description
Ziauddin Education System is hiring for multiple positions across both Primary and Secondary levels, as well as ancillary staff roles, for the upcoming academic year. The school is looking for passionate, qualified, and experienced individuals who can contribute positively to a student-focused academic environment.
Teaching Positions Available:
Secondary Teachers (Grades 5–8 and IGCSE level):
Subjects include:
- Urdu
- Computers
- Chemistry
- Pakistan Studies
- Mathematics
- Islamiyat (English)
- Social Studies
- English
- Science
Candidates applying for these roles should demonstrate experience in teaching students using modern teaching methodologies. Teachers must be able to develop lesson plans that engage students, evaluate performance consistently, and adapt their methods for different learning needs. Experience in IGCSE curriculum delivery is strongly preferred. In addition to core teaching duties, faculty may also be required to contribute to co-curricular activities and school events.
Primary Teachers (Grades 1–4):
Subjects include:

These roles require a solid understanding of child psychology, foundational subject knowledge, and a warm, engaging approach to early education. Assistant Teacher (Grades 1–4):
Assistant teachers will provide classroom support to lead teachers, help manage student behavior, assist in lesson preparation, and provide individual attention to students needing extra support. A cooperative attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Ancillary Staff Roles:
ZES is also hiring for several non-academic but essential support positions, including:
- Music Teacher: Should have experience conducting music classes and performances.
- Art Teacher: Required to guide students in creative expression and visual arts.
- Sports Teacher: Must be able to lead physical education classes and organize games or tournaments.
- Lab Technicians (Wet & Dry Labs): Must ensure science laboratories are prepared for experiments, manage inventory of materials, and assist science teachers during practical sessions.
All staff members are expected to contribute to a positive school culture, promote student safety, maintain discipline, and actively participate in training or academic planning sessions organized by the school administration.
3. Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria vary depending on the role applied for but share some common expectations in terms of professionalism, relevant education, and teaching ability.
For Secondary Teachers (Grades 5–8 & IGCSE):
- Education: Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience in IGCSE is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, and subject delivery.
For Primary Teachers (Grades 1–4):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant subject area.
- Experience: 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to manage younger students, use age-appropriate teaching strategies, and integrate technology.
For Assistant Teachers:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Ed.).
- Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience.

For Music, Art, and Sports Teachers:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience: Relevant training or practical experience in a school or learning environment.
For Lab Technicians:
- Education: B.Sc. in a relevant science field.
- Experience: Lab experience in school/university setups preferred.
General Requirements for All Roles:
- Proficiency in English and Urdu.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with classroom technology and digital tools.
