Program Overview: What You Will Do
Over the span of 12 months, selected Management Trainees will rotate across different departments under the guidance of experienced professionals. This rotational approach ensures a broad understanding of business functions while also allowing trainees to discover where their strengths and interests truly lie.
Each trainee will be assigned a mentor who will guide them through performance expectations, skills development, and industry knowledge. In addition to technical training, you will also receive instruction on soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and workplace ethics.
As a Management Trainee, you will:
- Engage in day-to-day business and engineering operations across departments
- Participate in live projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Receive training in functional areas such as planning, operations, logistics, administration, sales, or engineering
- Attend periodic evaluations to assess progress and receive feedback
- Develop leadership skills through collaborative assignments and targeted workshops
- Present findings and solutions to departmental leaders and contribute to real-time problem-solving
- Support management in project documentation, research, and data analysis

Who Should Apply? – Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements:
- Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) or Business Administration

Experience:
- No prior experience required for fresh graduates
- Diploma holders should ideally have some practical or internship experience in related technical fields
Skills and Qualities Sought:
