Job Description
The current hiring initiative at The Zesty Solutions targets two departments: Business Development and Information Technology (IT). The positions are full-time and onsite at their office in Lahore, offering a structured yet flexible environment where learning and contribution happen hand in hand.
This program is designed to give new graduates a proper start to their professional journey. The company will not treat you as an intern or a trainee who’s just tagging along. Instead, you’ll become part of a functioning team, involved in real work, client communication, and problem-solving activities. You will receive support from mentors and peers but will also be given ownership of your tasks early on.
Business Development Role
If you’re applying to the Business Development team, your job will involve connecting with prospects, identifying client needs, crafting proposals, and maintaining relationships. You will assist in expanding the company’s market reach while learning how to manage client expectations and negotiate effectively.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in lead generation and client outreach via calls, emails, or platforms like LinkedIn
- Helping build sales pipelines and preparing pitch decks
- Attending client meetings and recording key outcomes
- Researching industry trends and competitive benchmarks
- Supporting proposal creation and pricing strategies

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these positions, candidates should meet some basic qualifications and bring certain traits that match the team’s culture.
Education and Experience
- Applicants must be fresh graduates or have up to six months of experience
- Degrees in relevant fields such as:
- For Business Development: BBA, MBA, Marketing, Communication, or English
- For IT: BSCS, BSE, BSIT, or other computer science disciplines
- Candidates must have completed their degrees recently (2022, 2023, or 2024 pass-outs preferred)
Skills and Attributes
