2. Job Description
Rolustech is hiring Fresh QA Engineers to join its rapidly growing software quality assurance team. This entry-level role is a full-time opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about software quality, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
As a QA Engineer at Rolustech, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications across different platforms. Working closely with developers, designers, and project managers, you’ll test features, find and document bugs, and play a key role in refining user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand system requirements and user stories
- Design and execute manual test cases to validate functionality, performance, and reliability
- Identify, report, and track bugs using project management or bug-tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups as part of the Agile development team
- Maintain detailed documentation of test processes and findings
- Help improve QA processes, checklists, and workflows
- Learn automation basics with tools like Selenium (if applicable)
Training and Mentorship:
Fresh QA Engineers will receive onboarding training on testing fundamentals, tools used within the company, and common practices in software quality assurance. Rolustech’s experienced QA leads will mentor you, guiding you through test writing, client demos, sprint testing cycles, and more.

Education:

Skills & Competencies:
