Job Description
The Electrical/Electronics & Mechatronics Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation and control systems within the automotive and industrial manufacturing environment. The role involves working closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of precision fabrication processes and industrial automation systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing electrical systems and embedded electronic solutions for automation.
- Working with PLCs and robotics in an automotive manufacturing context.
- Developing, testing, and troubleshooting control logic, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
- Supporting mechatronics and automation control systems to improve production efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues in real time.
- Ensuring all automation and control systems meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
This role requires not only technical expertise but also strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills to ensure project success from concept to completion.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
Experience:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in automotive and automation engineering.
- Strong background in electrical systems, embedded electronics, PLC programming, and robotics.
- Experience with mechatronics or automation controls within an automotive manufacturing context.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, control logic diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with precision fabrication and industrial automation processes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of PLCs, control systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a production environment.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
- Candidates from Sheikhupura will be given preference.
