Job Description
The Electrical Engineer E&I at Fatima Group’s Pak Arab Plant site in Multan plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the plant’s electrical systems. The position requires a proactive approach to maintenance, planning, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of electrical equipment such as transformers, motors, MCCs, MV/LV switchgear, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Coordinating with the operations team to ensure minimal disruption to production during maintenance activities.
- Evaluating the performance of electrical systems, identifying potential failures, and implementing corrective measures.
- Preparing and monitoring CAPEX budgets related to electrical infrastructure and ensuring cost-effective procurement and execution.
- Conducting training needs analysis (TNA) for team members, developing skill improvement plans, and supervising technical development initiatives.
- Collaborating with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project and maintenance activities align with company standards.
