Job Description

The role of Sales Executive at Gerry’s International is designed for individuals who have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in the aviation and travel industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for building strong business relationships, generating new leads, and achieving sales targets in their respective regions—either Lahore or Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and aviation partners to strengthen Gerry’s market presence.
  • Sales Growth
    Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Market Research
    Stay updated with aviation and travel industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support data-driven sales strategies.
  • Business Development
    Identify new market segments, introduce Gerry’s services, and expand business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Reporting & Coordination
    Provide regular updates on sales performance, prepare business reports, and collaborate with management for strategy alignment.
  • Customer Service Excellence
    Ensure that clients receive timely, accurate, and professional assistance to maintain Gerry’s reputation for reliability and trustworthiness.

This role requires individuals who are proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Sales Executive position must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales, preferably within the aviation, travel, or related service industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Sales Competencies: Ability to achieve targets, negotiate effectively, and maintain long-term business relationships.

Candidates with prior experience in airline GSAs, ticketing, or corporate travel accounts will be highly preferred.
