Job Description

The Manager Automation role at ATCO is designed for engineers who are ready to take responsibility for supervising and executing automation-related projects. Key responsibilities include:

Managing the assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems, including wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Troubleshooting PLC and HMI-based control systems to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
Applying strong knowledge of HT/LT panels, power transformers, and industrial electrical systems to oversee system reliability.
Diagnosing malfunctioning systems and components using advanced testing equipment to identify breakdowns and implement corrective measures.
Supervising inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Leading teams during scheduled maintenance and corrective activities to reduce downtime.
Ensuring compatibility and safety by testing continuity of circuits, wiring, and fixtures using digital multimeters and other testing devices.

The role demands strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and supervise electrical maintenance teams effectively.

Eligibility Criteria
