Job Description
The System Engineer at Kaizen Paint Middle East will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations across all regional offices. This role is crucial for enabling the company’s digital transformation and supporting business operations through technology-driven solutions.
The candidate will work on network architecture, server management, data center operations, and cloud computing, ensuring smooth integration and uptime across all platforms. The role requires both technical depth and analytical acumen to troubleshoot issues, automate processes, and strengthen cybersecurity measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring stable and secure operations across regions.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud) and network systems.
- Perform server management, data backup, disaster recovery, and system maintenance tasks.
- Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect organizational data and assets.
- Automate workflows and administrative tasks using Python and PowerShell.
- Administer Active Directory, M365, and other enterprise-level tools for system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, network, or software-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide technical support and training to internal users where required.
The ideal candidate should have a proactive mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple IT projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in system engineering, cloud management, IT infrastructure, and network operations.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong command of Azure and Google Cloud platforms.
- Experience in server management, virtualization, and data center operations.
- Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for automation and scripting.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and system integration.
- Knowledge of IT security standards, data protection protocols, and network administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
