Job Description

The International Centre of Excellence (ICE Pakistan) is inviting applications from qualified and dedicated professionals to join its Karachi Campus across a range of academic and administrative positions. These roles are vital to the smooth functioning of the institution, contributing to the academic excellence, operational efficiency, and overall student experience at ICE.

Academic Position

English Language Faculty

As part of the academic team, the English Language Faculty member will play a central role in developing students’ communication, writing, and comprehension skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching English to young learners and adult students, ensuring effective delivery through modern teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials in the English language and communication.
  • Design lesson plans, course materials, and assessment strategies.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess student performance and progress.
  • Use innovative teaching tools, digital resources, and interactive techniques to enhance classroom learning.
  • Support students’ academic growth through one-on-one mentoring and feedback sessions.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in teaching English at the college or university level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Administrative and Support Positions

1. Manager, Student Counselling & Engagement
This role is central to student welfare and development. The Manager will oversee counselling services, student engagement programs, and extracurricular initiatives to enhance the campus experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide career guidance, academic counselling, and emotional support to students.
  • Organize student events, clubs, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain relationships with alumni and coordinate mentoring programs.
  • Develop strategies for improving student satisfaction and retention.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s in Education, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • 3–4 years of experience in student career counselling or student affairs.

2. Assistant Manager Admissions
The Assistant Manager Admissions will be responsible for managing the student admission process, guiding prospective applicants, and achieving enrollment targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle admission inquiries, applications, and counselling sessions.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives for student recruitment.
  • Maintain student admission records and ensure policy compliance.
  • Coordinate open houses, school visits, and career fairs.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in student enrollment.

3. Assistant Manager Administration
This position focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day campus operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee logistics, facility management, and procurement activities.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure compliance with administrative policies.
  • Maintain coordination between departments for operational efficiency.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related discipline.

4. IT Network Administrator
Responsible for managing the campus’s IT infrastructure, ensuring network stability, security, and reliability.

  • Install, configure, and maintain network and system hardware.

Qualification and Experience:

5. HR Officer
