Job Description

M.K. SONS (Pvt.) Limited is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Manager Electrical to lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s electrical infrastructure, projects, and systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Low Tension Power (LTP), High Tension Power (HTP), SCADA Systems, Distribution Boards (DBs), Power & Control Cabling, Solar Monitoring Systems, and AutoCAD design. This position requires a leader who can manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring compliance with electrical and safety standards.

The role combines technical management, project leadership, and team supervision to ensure that all electrical systems operate efficiently, reliably, and safely within the company’s large-scale textile operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems across power, control, and solar monitoring networks.
• Lead electrical projects from planning and design to execution, commissioning, and performance testing.
• Prepare and interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and other electrical schematics.
• Use AutoCAD to create and modify electrical layouts and circuit designs.
• Oversee and maintain LTP, HTP, SCADA, and DB systems across the manufacturing facility.
• Ensure compliance with Accord, PEC, and international electrical safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and performance assessments of electrical infrastructure.
• Manage installation and upgrade projects for solar energy systems and power networks.
• Supervise and guide the electrical engineering team, ensuring skill development and high productivity.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and manage spare part inventories for electrical components.
• Coordinate with management, maintenance, and production teams to ensure uninterrupted power supply and system integrity.
• Implement energy-efficient strategies and promote renewable integration within plant operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to project timelines, costs, and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• PEC registration is mandatory.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in industrial or textile manufacturing settings.
• Proven track record of managing electrical systems, teams, and large-scale projects.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of LTP, HTP, SCADA systems, DBs, and power/control cables.
• Hands-on experience in solar monitoring and electrical system optimization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design and SLD preparation.
• Strong understanding of national and international safety and electrical standards.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.
