Job Description

The IT Engineer (Cloud) will play a vital role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Paraminfo’s IT systems and cloud infrastructure. The position requires a blend of hands-on technical skills and a strong understanding of cloud and network architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide server and end-user hardware support, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
Manage and support wired and wireless networking infrastructure, ensuring uptime and reliability.
Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor and enhance IT security by applying best practices, software updates, and access controls.
Maintain operating systems across multiple platforms such as Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Assist in cloud operations management, ensuring efficient resource utilization and system scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based applications and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Perform regular data backups, disaster recovery planning, and system health checks.
Support internal users and departments by resolving IT-related queries promptly.
Maintain accurate technical documentation for system configurations and procedures.
Participate in evaluating and deploying new technologies that enhance infrastructure performance.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and industry security standards.
