Job Description
As Finance Manager at Ladurée Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations and ensuring that all business decisions are backed by sound financial insights. You will oversee the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and management reports while ensuring adherence to company standards and regional regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process to support the company’s strategic and operational goals.
- Monitor daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with global Ladurée standards and local requirements.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management reports, and cost analyses for executive management.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews to assess performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead cost control initiatives and ensure optimal allocation of financial resources.
- Provide insights into financial trends, cash flow management, and return on investment for key business decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to evaluate expenditures, pricing strategies, and profitability margins.
- Ensure compliance with all Saudi Arabian accounting standards, taxation policies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants to maintain accurate records and ensure transparency in reporting.
- Manage and train finance staff, ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and executive team in supporting financial decision-making and long-term planning.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within the finance department by adopting modern financial tools and automation systems.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Finance Manager position must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably within the Food & Beverage or Retail industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and accounting principles. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are required.
- Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Saudi financial regulations, VAT, and corporate compliance requirements.
- Work Authorization: Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
