Job Description
Al Areesh Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring for several key positions to strengthen its engineering team and support ongoing and upcoming projects. The available roles include Business Development Manager, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Electrical & CCTV Supervisor, and HR Lead.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role requires an understanding of the engineering and construction industry, the ability to negotiate contracts, and strong networking skills.
The Electrical Engineer will oversee electrical design, installation, and maintenance for ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. The role involves preparing electrical layouts, supervising field installations, performing quality checks, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion.
The Civil Engineer will manage civil design and construction activities, including site assessments, structural planning, material management, and adherence to project timelines. The engineer will also liaise with contractors, review project documentation, and ensure that construction work meets technical and quality standards.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, procurement support, and financial management of projects. This includes preparing bills of quantities, monitoring project costs, and supporting contract administration to optimize project profitability.
The Electrical & CCTV Supervisor will oversee electrical installations, CCTV system deployment, and preventive maintenance activities on-site. The role requires technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting, and the ability to manage a team of technicians efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates for the advertised positions must meet specific educational and professional requirements relevant to their role:
- Business Development Manager: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within engineering or construction-related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills required. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred.
- Electrical Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with practical experience in electrical systems, project installation, and maintenance. Familiarity with PLCs, industrial electrical installations, and safety regulations is preferred.
- Civil Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline. Proven experience in construction projects, structural planning, and site supervision. Knowledge of industry codes and construction standards is essential.
- Quantity Surveyor: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes required.
- Electrical & CCTV Supervisor: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience in electrical systems, CCTV installations, and on-site supervision. Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills required.
- HR Lead: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of HR experience in a professional environment, preferably in engineering or industrial companies.
Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Lahore, Faisalabad, or Multan. The roles require excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
