This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in metal sheet inspection who want to grow in a structured, professionally managed manufacturing environment.

Job Description

The position of QC Inspector is a technical and hands-on role within the Quality Control department. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured parts meet defined quality standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.

The QC Inspector will perform a detailed inspection of metal sheets and manufactured components used in surgical instruments and related mechanical products. This includes dimensional inspection, surface finishing checks, defect identification, and verification of compliance with drawings and specifications.

A key part of the role involves using various mechanical measurement tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and surface measurement instruments. The inspector will be expected to accurately record inspection results, identify non-conformities, and support corrective actions in coordination with the production and engineering teams.

The QC Inspector will also support in-process inspections during different manufacturing stages to prevent defects before final production. This role requires close coordination with machine operators, supervisors, and production staff to ensure quality issues are identified early and resolved efficiently.

Another important responsibility is maintaining inspection records and quality documentation in line with ISO 13485 and internal quality procedures. The inspector will help ensure that audit requirements are fulfilled and that documentation remains accurate and up to date.

This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy practical inspection work, have a strong eye for detail, and understand the importance of quality in regulated manufacturing environments such as surgical and mechanical component production.

Applicants must be skilled in using mechanical inspection and measurement tools. A solid understanding of surface finishing requirements, dimensional tolerances, and defect analysis is required.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of quality standards is essential. Familiarity with ISO 13485 and general product quality standards for medical or surgical manufacturing will be considered a strong advantage.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working in a production-focused environment. Good coordination skills with production and quality teams are expected.
