Job Description
Kualitatem is hiring a QA Manager – Functional in Dubai, UAE, to lead the quality assurance efforts for complex software releases. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the QA strategy, managing a high-performing QA team, and ensuring that all releases meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance.
The QA Manager will oversee planning, execution, and governance of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving test plans, coordinating with product, engineering, and DevOps teams, and maintaining alignment between quality objectives and project delivery goals. The manager will also monitor QA metrics, defect trends, and release quality indicators, providing stakeholders with accurate reporting on the health of projects and ongoing improvement initiatives.
