Job Description

Elite Engineering Pvt. Limited is currently hiring for multiple roles under its Mechanical Site Project operations. The positions are being filled on an urgent basis due to active project requirements.

Planning Engineer – Mechanical
Mechanical Supervisors
Site Admin
Store In-Charge

Each position plays a specific and essential role in ensuring successful mechanical project execution.

Planning Engineer – Mechanical

The Planning Engineer – Mechanical will be responsible for project scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination between the IT and management teams. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical construction workflows, especially in tank fabrication, piping, and structural steel projects.

The Planning Engineer will prepare project schedules based on scope, manpower, equipment availability, and project timelines. This includes defining task durations, critical path identification, milestone planning, and coordination with site supervisors.

Progress monitoring will be a daily responsibility. The engineer must track work completed versus planned activities and highlight deviations. In case of delays, the Planning Engineer should analyze root causes and recommend corrective measures.

Coordination between engineering teams, procurement staff, and site supervisors is critical. Mechanical projects depend heavily on material availability. Therefore, planning must align with procurement schedules to avoid downtime.

The Planning Engineer will also prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including percentage completion, resource utilization, and cost tracking input. Strong documentation skills are required for this role.

Eligibility Criteria

Planning Engineer – Mechanical

Candidates must possess a BSc in Mechanical Engineering with 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Experience in mechanical site projects, especially tank fabrication and industrial construction, is required. An understanding of project planning tools, scheduling methods, and reporting procedures is necessary.

Strong coordination skills and the ability to interpret mechanical drawings are essential.

Mechanical Supervisors

Candidates must hold a DAE Mechanical qualification with 6–7 years of tank fabrication experience.
