Known for its strong operations and dynamic work environment, KTML is now looking to hire an Admin Officer / Executive for its Administration Department based in Rawalpindi.

Job Description
The Admin Officer / Executive will be responsible for managing key administrative functions including company vehicles, internal projects, and overall facility upkeep. Here’s what the role includes:

Vehicle Management: Oversee the maintenance, insurance, and documentation of company vehicles, manage fuel consumption, and ensure driver compliance.
Project Coordination: Support internal admin and infrastructure-related projects, liaise with vendors, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Facility Management: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and functional. This includes managing vendor contracts, tracking inventory, and enforcing safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience: 2 to 5 years in an administrative role
Skills:
- Strong organization and multitasking
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of fleet and facility systems
- Communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
