Internship Description

Siemens Pakistan is offering an Administration Internship (leading to a job) for motivated and organized individuals eager to learn the operational side of a world-class organization. The selected candidate will assist the administration team in managing day-to-day office operations, event coordination, documentation, and vendor management.

This internship provides the perfect platform for a fresh graduate to experience the professional environment of a multinational company, improve their communication and organizational skills, and gain exposure to corporate systems and tools.

Key Tasks Include:

  • Handling invoices, vendor management, and travel documents.
  • Assisting with reimbursements and administrative documentation.
  • Planning and organizing internal and external events.
  • Creating event-related posts or videos using design tools such as Canva or Filmora.
  • Managing office and pantry inventory.
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. The intern will work closely with the admin and HR teams, contributing to multiple functions and developing the ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Administration Internship at Siemens Pakistan, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Completed a BBA or an equivalent relevant degree.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
