Job Description
The Aftersales Service & Project Engineer role is one of the most dynamic positions at Business Tacts International. It requires balancing technical service responsibilities with project execution duties, making it ideal for candidates who want to grow in both areas of engineering.
Aftersales Service Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for pharmaceutical machinery through on-site visits, phone calls, and emails.
- Install, commission, and maintain pharmaceutical machines at client locations, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Diagnose complex technical issues, carry out repairs, and minimize machine downtime to keep client operations running smoothly.
- Conduct routine service checks and preventive maintenance to extend the life of machinery and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
- Deliver training sessions to customers, equipping them with knowledge of machine operations, safety procedures, and basic maintenance techniques.
- Prepare detailed service documentation, including reports of problems identified, corrective measures applied, and spare parts used.
- Collaborate with the sales team and R&D departments by providing customer feedback to help improve existing products and identify potential upgrades.
- Manage the spare parts inventory effectively to ensure availability of critical components during service calls.
- Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach at all times to strengthen long-term client relationships.
Project Engineering Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria
