In recent years, engineering education in Pakistan has seen substantial growth in enrollment, but the challenge remains in translating theoretical knowledge into actionable skills. iiEngineers was born out of this need. The founders, themselves industry practitioners and educators, realized that graduates were finding it increasingly difficult to secure jobs or internships due to a lack of applied training. To tackle this, iiEngineers designed boot camps, short courses, and industry-specific workshops focusing on the most in-demand industrial tools and systems such as PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, automation protocols, and industrial safety.
