Job Description – Assistant Engineer Electrical
The Assistant Engineer Electrical will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all electrical systems associated with ShafiTexcel’s industrial plant. This role requires a thorough understanding of industrial electrical systems, machinery interfaces, utility maintenance, and preventive service strategies. It is a hands-on position that will require daily involvement in troubleshooting, maintenance scheduling, performance monitoring, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
The first core responsibility of this position is to address all electrical faults and failures as they occur in the plant. The candidate will be expected to respond to electrical breakdowns promptly, diagnose the problem, and carry out effective repairs. This could involve working on power panels, control systems, motor drives, or switchgear units. Proper documentation of each intervention, along with reporting to supervisors, is part of the job to ensure transparency and traceability.
Another key area of responsibility is the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial boilers. Boilers are at the center of ShafiTexcel’s processing operations, and maintaining them in top condition is critical.
