Job Description
The Assistant Manager Electrical at Samira Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical systems and maintenance operations across the production facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring the safe and reliable functioning of plant utilities, machines, and electrical control systems, which are critical for daily operations and long-term sustainability.
The selected candidate will be expected to supervise a team of electricians and technicians, providing leadership and technical guidance. They must be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operations is one of the primary responsibilities of this role.
A central duty includes the daily monitoring of power distribution, automation systems, and backup power resources like generators and UPS systems. The Assistant Manager Electrical must ensure that all electrical components and equipment are performing within designated parameters. Any deviations must be quickly diagnosed and addressed using appropriate tools and expertise.
This role involves working closely with other departments, including production, utilities, and safety, to ensure integrated operations and compliance with legal and environmental standards.
