As part of its ongoing expansion and commitment to strengthening its engineering teams, Jadeed Group is seeking an Assistant Manager Electrical to join the Feed Mill operations in Khanewal. This role will play a crucial part in managing electrical systems, automation processes, and maintenance activities, ensuring consistent production efficiency and operational reliability.
Job Description
The Assistant Manager Electrical at Jadeed Group will oversee the electrical operations of the Feed Mill facility in Khanewal. This includes managing medium and high-voltage equipment, motor starters, VFDs, LT and HT panels, and other critical electrical systems. The primary objective of this role is to maintain operational continuity, reduce equipment downtime, and ensure that all electrical systems meet performance and safety standards.
The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting PLCs and control system faults, identifying issues in automation lines, and implementing corrective measures. A significant part of the role involves designing and programming control systems, implementing PID controllers, and ensuring that preventive and scheduled maintenance plans are effectively executed.
In addition, the Assistant Manager Electrical will prepare technical reports, maintain proper documentation, and conduct evaluations of system performance. They will collaborate closely with production teams, process engineers, and management to optimize plant operations. The role also includes supervising maintenance teams, coordinating shift activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industrial standards.
Hands-on experience with motor starters, transformers, MCC panels, VFDs, and PLC systems is essential for managing complex electrical operations. The candidate will be expected to identify potential improvements, propose technical upgrades, and implement system enhancements to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the plant.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a BSc in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the process industry. Alternatively, candidates with a DAE or B-Tech in Electrical Engineering with 13–14 years of relevant experience are also eligible. The ideal applicant should have substantial hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, including motor starters, transformers, MCC panels, VFDs, and PLC troubleshooting.
Familiarity with control systems, PID controllers, and electrical design and programming languages is required. Experience implementing preventive maintenance plans and scheduled maintenance programs is essential to ensure operational efficiency. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in industrial electrical operations.
Practical experience with automation systems, PLC programming, and real-time problem-solving in a process industry setting is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills, the ability to prepare technical evaluations, and proficiency in report writing and documentation are required. Leadership qualities, including team management, coordination, and communication, are key to success in this role.
