Currently, Nishat Linen is expanding its industrial engineering and process management team and is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager – Industrial Engineering & Lean (AM IE & Lean). This position is aimed at professionals with 3–4 years of experience who are well-versed in textile production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and operational management.

Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Industrial Engineering & Lean will be responsible for enhancing production efficiency, implementing lean methodologies, and optimizing manufacturing processes at Nishat Linen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor boutique processes and section-wise operations to ensure adherence to production standards.
- Conduct time and motion studies, develop Standard Allowed Minutes (SAMs), and analyze process efficiencies.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Utilize ERP systems and MS Office tools to track production metrics, generate reports, and maintain documentation.
- Train and guide production teams on lean practices, operational standards, and process improvement techniques.
- Support management in planning, forecasting, and capacity optimization across different production units.
- Ensure that all processes meet quality standards while maintaining timely production schedules.

Eligibility Criteria
