2. Job Description

Position Title: Assistant Manager – Marketing (Digital & Outsourcing)
Department: Marketing
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our marketing team and take ownership of digital outreach, content generation, and community engagement. The selected candidate will play a central role in managing digital platforms, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting external agency collaborations to execute outreach activities aligned with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage consumer campaigns and digital marketing strategies based on defined regional goals
  • Coordinate with external agencies for timely execution of consumer activities and conversion initiatives
  • Actively engage with online communities by moderating discussions, responding to feedback, and delivering timely content on all social media platforms
  • Maintain documentation for marketing activities including engagement reports, discussion summaries, and internal feedback
  • Generate digital content including blog posts, web stories, and campaign updates to match target audience profiles
  • Monitor campaign inventory and report performance metrics to internal stakeholders
  • Organize and promote consumer events (both online and offline) including webinars, community sessions, and sponsorship initiatives
  • Work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure content consistency and brand messaging

This role is ideal for marketing professionals who enjoy direct engagement with digital audiences and have the ability to manage and deliver impactful online campaigns.


3. Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand management roles
  • Proven track record of creating and managing content for multiple digital channels
  • Experience in agency coordination and regional market activation will be preferred

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with communities and convert leads
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards
  • Ability to generate content tailored to specific audience segments and psychographics
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of web content tools and digital marketing trends in Pakistan
