Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Plant Engineering will play a key role in managing and improving plant operations. This includes overseeing machinery, automation systems, and control equipment to maintain high levels of efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Operations Management: Supervise and maintain plant machinery, automation systems, and control equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
- Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Lead troubleshooting efforts for plant equipment and production lines. Identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall plant efficiency.
- Automation & Control: Utilize expertise in PLC systems and industrial controls to optimize automation processes, improve system performance, and support technological upgrades.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and process improvements for management review.

Eligibility Criteria
