Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Sales to join our Iron & Steel Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding market reach. This role requires frequent travel and a strong understanding of the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Meet sales targets and provide performance reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing or Business Administration.
Experience:
4 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the construction sector (mandatory).
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently for business development.
