Job Description

The Assistant Manager – Sales position is based in Lahore and falls under the Sales & Marketing – Business Support department. The role is focused on managing regional sales activities, strengthening customer relationships, and driving business growth in the northern region of Pakistan.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing dealer partners and industrial end-users within the assigned territory. This includes regular engagement with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring timely coordination with internal teams to meet customer expectations.

A key responsibility of this role is the execution of strategic sales plans for Cold Rolled Coils (CRC) and Hot-Dipped Galvanized Coils (HDGC/GP). The Assistant Manager will support regional market expansion efforts by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing accounts, and improving market penetration.

The role involves close coordination with internal departments such as production, logistics, finance, and technical support to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and reporting regional performance to management are also part of the responsibilities.

The Assistant Manager – Sales will play an active role in maintaining pricing discipline, supporting negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Eligibility Criteria
