Job Description
NIMIR is hiring an Assistant Manager – Thermal Power Plant for its Bhikhi location. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising power plant operations, including safe startup and shutdown.
- Managing maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance.
- Handling emergencies and unexpected incidents with minimal disruption.
- Enforcing safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and system upgrades.
- Leading shift personnel for smooth plant operations.
- Maintaining accurate operational and maintenance records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a coal-based power plant.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
