Job Description

The role of Assistant Officer (QA & R&D Lab) at Farbstoffe International is a dynamic opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals in the field of chemistry and related sciences. As part of the QA and R&D team, the selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring product quality, supporting research activities, and maintaining high operational standards in the lab.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting quality testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Supporting the R&D team in product development, formulation trials, and process improvements.
Preparing accurate and detailed lab reports for management review and compliance documentation.
Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality protocols, and safety measures in laboratory operations.
Assisting senior lab officers in analytical tasks, troubleshooting, and reporting anomalies during testing.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in both QA and R&D functions.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Assistant Officer (QA & R&D Lab) role at Farbstoffe International, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
