Job Description

FSEL is seeking skilled professionals for the following contractual roles:

  1. AutoCAD Engineer – Responsible for preparing detailed layouts, designs, and drawings for solar energy projects. This includes site plans, electrical schematics, and structural designs to support project execution. The engineer will collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate designs and adherence to technical standards.
  2. SCADA Engineer – Focuses on monitoring and controlling solar energy systems using SCADA software. The engineer will be responsible for system configuration, performance tracking, troubleshooting, and reporting. This role ensures that solar installations operate efficiently and meet project performance objectives.
  3. Electrical Engineer – Manages electrical aspects of solar projects, including wiring, distribution systems, inverters, and grid integration. The engineer will perform site inspections, ensure compliance with safety and technical standards, and support commissioning of electrical systems.

All roles require professionals to actively participate in project execution, coordinate with teams, and contribute technical expertise to achieve project milestones. Candidates will work on-site as well as in office settings, depending on project requirements.

The positions are contractual, focusing on project delivery and timely completion. Professionals will gain exposure to the end-to-end solar project lifecycle, from design and monitoring to installation and commissioning.

Eligibility Criteria
