Job Description
The BMS Operation and Maintenance Engineer at PETROKIMA will be responsible for supporting the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of integrated building management systems. This role provides fresh graduates with a hands-on opportunity to work on modern building automation projects, gaining experience in multiple systems and protocols.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding project requirements, design concepts, and technical documentation.
- Commissioning controllers, field devices, and networks into fully functional building control systems.
- Monitoring HVAC sequences and ensuring operational efficiency of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Working with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC, KNX, and other industry standards.
- Customizing standalone programs, graphical interfaces, and dashboards to match client specifications.
- Preparing project documentation, including method of statement, operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals, and system reports.
- Leading on-site teams of technicians during the commissioning phase, ensuring that work is completed on schedule.
- Developing time plans for projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborating closely with team leaders and project managers to meet project objectives.
- Ensuring adherence to workplace safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
