Job Description

The Business Development Manager role at FXEM is a vital position focused on expanding the company’s footprint in the MENA financial markets. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the firm’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential clients and institutional partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor strategies.
Present FXEM’s products, trading platforms, and services to clients clearly and professionally.
Negotiate and close business deals aligned with company goals and targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and support, to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Track performance metrics, prepare business reports, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Represent FXEM at industry events, seminars, and networking platforms to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
