Job Description

The Business Development Manager role at FXEM is a vital position focused on expanding the company’s footprint in the MENA financial markets. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the firm’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with potential clients and institutional partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor strategies.
  • Present FXEM’s products, trading platforms, and services to clients clearly and professionally.
  • Negotiate and close business deals aligned with company goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and support, to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare business reports, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Represent FXEM at industry events, seminars, and networking platforms to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the Forex, Financial Services, or Investment industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and industry trends.
  • Experience managing business portfolios, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
