Job Description
The Next Talent Program is a 12-month structured development journey designed to provide hands-on training, leadership exposure, and functional expertise across various departments, including:
Participants will work on interactive projects, gain mentorship from senior leaders, and tackle real-world business challenges. This program aims to accelerate professional growth while ensuring a meaningful impact on the business and the communities CCI serves.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, candidates must have:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, Engineering, or ACCA.
Maximum 1 year of work experience after graduation.
Availability to work full-time from August 1, 2025.
Openness to relocation.
Preferred qualifications for specific departments:

Supply Chain: Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Food, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Finance: ACCA or a degree in Accounting and Finance.
