Job Description – Control Room Operator
Pakistan Cables is seeking a skilled and motivated Control Room Operator to join its production operations at Nooriabad. The role requires individuals with strong technical expertise in polymer technology and prior experience in control room operations. The selected candidate will play a critical role in monitoring, supervising, and ensuring smooth production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor control room systems to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Oversee polymer processing parameters and maintain optimal machine conditions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in real time to avoid production downtime.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve production targets.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and documentation as per company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational SOPs at all times.
- Support preventive maintenance activities to enhance system performance and reliability.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: DAE in Polymer Technology.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in control room operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in operating control room systems and monitoring production processes.
- Strong knowledge of polymer processing and industrial production operations.
- Ability to identify faults and troubleshoot in high-pressure situations.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven production environment.
