Job Description

The CT & MRI Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CT and MRI machines in different healthcare facilities across Lahore. This position demands technical expertise, field readiness, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure CT and MRI systems at client sites in Lahore.
Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and technical repairs to ensure uninterrupted equipment performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues within imaging systems.
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to hospital technologists and operators.
Maintain detailed service logs, technical documentation, and compliance records as per company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and equipment manufacturers for technical updates and remote diagnostics.
Ensure that all maintenance and service activities are carried out following safety protocols and healthcare regulations.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely reporting of service activities.
Participate in training sessions and technical workshops to enhance knowledge of new imaging systems and technologies.
Support project managers in ensuring smooth implementation and timely completion of healthcare projects under PPP arrangements.

Eligibility Criteria
