Job Description
The Deputy Manager HR (Talent Acquisition) will play a crucial role in managing and improving the organization’s recruitment processes. The selected candidate will lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring efficient, fair, and timely hiring of qualified candidates for a wide range of roles within the school system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of different departments.
- Partnering with hiring managers to assess workforce requirements and ensuring that vacant positions are filled within specified timelines.
- Developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline using diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conducting candidate assessments, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth selection process.
- Overseeing onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the organization.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contributing to workforce planning by providing data-driven insights and supporting HR reporting functions.

Eligibility Criteria
