Job Description

The Deputy Manager – Production position at PROCON Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a senior operational role based at the Port Qasim Plant in Karachi. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, with a specific focus on weld line operations within an automotive manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on involvement in daily production operations. The Deputy Manager will oversee weld line processes, ensure production targets are met, and maintain efficiency across shifts.
