Job Description
We are hiring a Deputy Manager Sales to oversee and enhance our sales efforts in KPK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing a team of Lead Generation Officers, and strategizing sales activities to maximize business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of Lead Generation Officers.
Develop and implement strategies for effective lead generation.
Build and maintain relationships with painters, contractors, and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
Monitor and report on the progress and performance of the sales team.
Use Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction and cement industry.
Prior experience in lead generation within the contractor and painter network will be preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
