Job Description
Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a skilled E&I Engineer to join its Faisalabad facility. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic control systems and instrumentation across the production plant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Install, maintain, and repair electronic control systems, instrumentation, and communication equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used through computer-based maintenance management systems.
- Test equipment for faults, diagnose technical problems, and replace or repair defective parts.
- Perform periodic calibration of instruments and devices to ensure accuracy and operational reliability.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Troubleshoot equipment and systems, applying electrical and instrumentation engineering skills.
- Monitor process control systems and instrumentation to maintain efficient production operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
This position provides engineers with hands-on experience in process control, instrumentation, and electrical system management within a modern food and beverage production environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: BSc in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience: 3–5 years in a food and beverage industry setting, preferably handling process control and instrumentation.
- Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of electronic control systems, instrumentation, and maintenance protocols.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work onsite in Faisalabad.
